As all prints are made to order, we do not accept change of mind returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
Damaged or Faulty Items If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at chailatumampos@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage or fault
Once reviewed, we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Incorrect Orders If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
Refund Processing If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the payment.
